Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation.
• Maintain and update financial databases and accounting software.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• CPA certification is a plus.
