Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Perform audits and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to management.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial filing systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA certification is a plus.
