Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes and systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• CPA certification is a plus.
