Condition Monitoring Technician

Condition Monitoring:

• Monitor equipment condition using techniques like vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis
• Identify early signs of machine failure and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance history
• Analyze data trends to improve machine reliability
• Work with maintenance teams to plan preventive and predictive maintenance

Trials & Testing:

• Plan and conduct machine or process trials
• Evaluate performance after modifications or new installations
• Record and analyze trial data
• Prepare reports on trial outcomes and recommendations
• Ensure trials meet safety and quality standards
