Job Description: Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong ability to dive deep into data to uncover insights and drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

¬∑         Analyze large datasets using Excel and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

¬∑         Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives.

¬∑         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver accurate, timely analysis.

¬∑         Perform root cause analysis and deep dives to solve complex business problems.

¬∑         Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

¬∑         Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

¬∑         Continuously improve data processes and reporting efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

¬∑         Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and VBA).

¬∑         Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a passion for data exploration.

¬∑         Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

¬∑         Familiarity with SQL or Python for data manipulation is an advantage.

¬∑         Excellent communication and presentation skills.

¬∑         Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
