Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Selenium Test Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand application requirements and design test cases.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to ensure best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing using Selenium.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with test management tools and version control systems (e.g., JIRA, Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
