Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator specializing in MEP Engineering to manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient collaboration among various engineering disciplines, focusing on cost management and project delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the BIM coordination efforts for MEP projects, ensuring alignment with architectural and structural models.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows for MEP systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve design conflicts and discrepancies.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution sessions using BIM software tools.
• Assist in cost estimation and budget management for MEP systems using BIM data.
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and processes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and present BIM-related reports and documentation to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering and BIM coordination.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems design and construction processes.
• Experience with cost management and estimation in MEP projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
