Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Agricultural Manager to oversee and optimize farming operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement agricultural strategies to improve crop yield and farm productivity.
• Manage daily operations of the farm, including planting, harvesting, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of crop production, soil management, and pest control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using agricultural technology and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
