Job Description
*Role Summary*
You will specialize in the high-precision alignment and assembly of heavy rotating machinery. Your role
is critical for the long-term health of large equipment like mills and kilns.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Perform precision alignment of gearboxes, motors, and fans using dial gauges or laser tools.
2. Execute the assembly and dismantling of heavy bearings, couplings, and shafts.
3. Monitor equipment vibration and heat; perform corrective adjustments as needed.
4. Read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints for machinery installation and overhauls.
5. Replace worn-out internal components of Vertical Roller Mills (VRM) and Ball Mills.
6. Supervise heavy lifting and rigging activities during equipment replacement.
7. Ensure all fitted parts meet exact manufacturer tolerances and clearances.
