Plant Quality Head – RMC Plant (Adani Cement)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Control
  • Oversee all quality processes at the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor testing protocols for raw materials and finished concrete.
• Process Improvement
  • Develop and enforce SOPs for production and quality checks.
  • Identify areas for improvement in plant operations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency.
• Team Leadership
  • Lead and train the quality team at the plant.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to maintain high standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
  • Address client concerns related to product quality.
  • Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to senior management.

🛠️ Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Ready Mix Concrete production and testing.
• Familiarity with IS codes, ASTM standards, and quality certifications.
