Key Responsibilities
Shift Operations & Leadership
Overall in-charge of plant operations during the shift, including VRM, feeding systems, CCR, and QC coordination.
Lead shift teams (CCR engineers, field operators, QC staff) and ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to SOPs.
Plan and execute shift-wise production targets while maintaining equipment reliability and process stability.
Take quick operational decisions during process upsets, breakdowns, and emergencies.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and shift management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of cement manufacturing processes and control systems.
Hands-on experience with VRM operations and CCR control philosophy.
Sound understanding of cement chemistry and QC parameters.
Analytical, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in rotating shifts.
