Key Responsibilities

Shift Operations & Leadership

• Overall in-charge of plant operations during the shift, including VRM, feeding systems, CCR, and QC coordination.

• Lead shift teams (CCR engineers, field operators, QC staff) and ensure discipline, productivity, and adherence to SOPs.

• Plan and execute shift-wise production targets while maintaining equipment reliability and process stability.

• Take quick operational decisions during process upsets, breakdowns, and emergencies.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and shift management capabilities.

• In-depth knowledge of cement manufacturing processes and control systems.

• Hands-on experience with VRM operations and CCR control philosophy.

• Sound understanding of cement chemistry and QC parameters.

• Analytical, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work in rotating shifts.
