ob Summary* We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Account Director (AD)* to lead our account management team and serve as the primary strategic partner for our high-profile clients. You will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative campaigns, driving account growth, and managing internal account teams. Key Responsibilities* Client Leadership:* Serve as the trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders; deeply understand their business goals and translate them into actionable creative briefs. Team Management:* Mentor, manage, and inspire a team of Account Managers and Executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and career development. Financial Oversight:* Manage account profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and scope-of-work (SOW) negotiations to meet agency financial targets. Strategic Growth:* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and actively participate in new business pitches. Cross-Functional Collaboration:* Partner with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Media teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. Requirements & Qualifications* Experience:* 7–10+ years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or PR agency, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills:* Strong financial acumen, exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of growing client accounts.
