Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Drive DMC Specialist to oversee and optimize our Drive DMC operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on driving efficiency and improving service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of Drive DMC operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve communication.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Drive DMC operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a DMC role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
