Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Increase F&B Orders for Grab & Go
• Engage passengers near Grab & Go zones to highlight quick-serve options.
• Promote fast-moving menu items and combo offers.
• Support passengers in placing orders via QR/Tab/Kiosk.
2. Timely Delivery Coordination for Boarding Bites
• Ensure orders routed to concessionaires are prepared and dispatched on time.
• Escalate delays to the supervisor and ensure on-ground closure
.
3. Push Boarding Bites Orders via Tab & Kiosk
• Assist passengers in using digital devices (tabs/kiosks) for pre-boarding food orders.
• Ensure devices are functional and report downtime immediately.
• Drive awareness of the “15 Min Delivery” proposition.
4. Promote Food Court Ordering via Kiosk (Skip the Queue)
• Encourage passengers to use kiosks instead of standing in queues.
• Guide them step-by-step through kiosk ordering.
• Monitor queue lengths and position yourself at high-traffic nodes.
5. Adani One App – Offer Adoption & Redemption
• Promote app downloads among passengers.
• Explain ongoing offers, schemes, and loyalty benefits.
• Assist users in redeeming app-based deals at F&B counters.
