Job Description
Role Summary*
You will focus on the general mechanical health of the plant. Your goal is to carry out heavy-duty
repairs, fabrication, and routine part replacements to keep the plant running.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Conduct daily mechanical repairs on conveyors, crushers, air slides, and bag filters.
2. Perform gas cutting, welding, and structural fabrication for repair works.
3. Replace damaged rollers, pulleys, belts, and liners across the plant.
4. Carry out lubrication tasks and check oil levels in gearboxes and hydraulic units.
5. Assist in major plant shutdowns by executing heavy mechanical tasks under tight deadlines.
6. Identify signs of wear and tear in machinery and report them before failure occurs.
7. Follow all safety protocols, including working with heights and hot-work permits.
