Job Description
Role Summary*
You will handle real-time electrical troubleshooting and maintenance during your shift. Your goal is to
ensure all electrical systems and motors run without interruption and respond quickly to power trips.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Attend to electrical breakdowns and restore power/machinery quickly to minimize production loss.
2. Monitor and maintain HT/LT motors, switchgears, transformers, and VFDs (Variable Frequency
Drives).
3. Carry out routine inspections of electrical control panels and motor control centers (MCC).
4. Perform preventive maintenance like tightening, cleaning, and testing of electrical circuits.
5. Manage power distribution and monitor the health of capacitor banks and batteries.
6. Ensure strict compliance with "Lock Out Tag Out" (LOTO) procedures for electrical safety.
7. Maintain shift logs of all electrical faults, repairs, and energy meter readings.
