Admin Executive
Job Description
Job Summary
The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing administrative and commercial support activities, with a strong focus on SAP-based procurement, vendor coordination, and invoice processing. The role ensures smooth administrative operations, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and office support functions at site/corporate level.
Handle SAP MM transactions related to procurement and administration activities.
Create and process Service Entry Sheets (SES) in SAP for services rendered by vendors.
Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entries in SAP for materials received at site.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.
Manage vendor onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking.
Process and verify vendor invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with PO/contract terms.
Follow up with finance and vendors for timely invoice booking and payment processing.
Maintain proper documentation of POs, SES, GRNs, invoices, and contracts as per audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with Adani Energy Solutions’ policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Support audits by providing necessary documents and SAP reports.
Assist in cost control, MIS reporting, and administrative reviews as required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience in SAP with strong knowledge of SAP MM module
Proficiency in SES creation, GRN posting, and Invoice Processing
Strong Vendor Management and coordination skills
Knowledge of procurement and administrative workflows
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong documentation abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in any discipline
1-5 years of relevant experience preferred
