Job Title: Technician / Senior Technician / Supervisor – Electrical

Job Summary

Responsible for electrical operation and maintenance of solar power plants to ensure safe operations, high availability, and optimal power generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform O&M activities for solar PV plant electrical systems.

• Maintain and troubleshoot inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, switchyard, and cables.

• Carry out preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance.

• Monitor plant performance and address electrical faults promptly.

• Follow electrical safety procedures, PTW, and site safety norms.

• Coordinate with OEMs during maintenance and breakdown activities.

• Maintain daily logs, checklists, and O&M reports.

Qualification

• ITI (Electrical) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in Solar Power Plant O&M

Position Level

• Technician / Senior Technician / Supervisor (based on qualification and experience)

Salary

• CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA (as per experience, role, and company norms)
