Jr. Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer to support our engineering team in planning, developing, testing, and maintaining systems and applications. The candidate will work under the guidance of senior engineers and gain hands-on experience in real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in design, development, testing, and implementation

• Perform basic troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Prepare technical documentation and reports

• Support maintenance and enhancement of existing systems

• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates

• Follow coding, quality, and safety standards

• Learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (IT / Computer / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or relevant field)

• Basic understanding of engineering principles

• Knowledge of relevant tools, software, or programming languages (as per domain)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

• Internship or project experience

• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices

• Basic documentation and reporting skills

• Fresher or 0–2 years of experience
