Job Description
The Toll Collector will be responsible for collecting toll fees, operating toll systems, and ensuring smooth vehicle movement at the toll plaza.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect toll charges and issue receipts to vehicle drivers
Operate toll software, FASTag system, and cash handling
Ensure accurate cash and transaction reporting at shift end
Maintain smooth traffic flow and avoid congestion at lanes
Follow all safety procedures and toll operation SOPs
Report any system or lane issues to supervisor immediately
