Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Air Conditioning Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing automotive air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC principles as they apply to vehicles and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair automotive air conditioning systems and components.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on air conditioning units.
Recharge refrigerant and ensure systems are operating at optimal levels.
Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to HVAC systems.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Stay updated on the latest automotive air conditioning technologies and repair techniques.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's AC issues.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive repair preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an automotive air conditioning mechanic.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment specific to HVAC systems.
Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and refrigerant handling.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
