Monitor physical and chemical parameters including fineness, setting time, compressive strength, LOI, LSF, SM, AM, and free lime.
Manage day-to-day laboratory activities and ensure smooth functioning of lab equipment.
Calibrate and maintain lab instruments such as XRF, Blaine, Vicat, Auto Compression Testing Machine (CTM), and sieve shakers.
Provide feedback to production teams for raw mix, kiln, and cement mill optimization.
Monitor clinker quality and suggest corrective actions to improve burnability and cement performance.
Participate in trials for new raw materials, fuels, and additives.
Ensure laboratory compliance with safety norms, SOPs, and environmental guidelines.
Support internal and external audits (ISO, BIS, NABL if applicable).
B.Sc. (Chemistry) / M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Tech (Chemical / Cement Technology).
Diploma in Cement Technology is an added advantage.
