The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing administrative and commercial support activities, with a strong focus on SAP-based procurement, vendor coordination, and invoice processing. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative and office support functions at site/corporate level.

• Handle SAP MM transactions related to procurement and administration activities.

• Create and process Service Entry Sheets (SES) in SAP for services rendered by vendors.

• Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entries in SAP for materials received at site.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.

• Manage vendor onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking.

• Process and verify vendor invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with PO/contract terms.

• Follow up with finance and vendors for timely invoice booking and payment processing.

• Maintain proper documentation of POs, SES, GRNs, invoices, and contracts as per audit requirements.

• Ensure compliance with Adani Energy Solutions’ policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

• Support audits by providing necessary documents and SAP reports.

• Assist in cost control, MIS reporting, and administrative reviews as required.

Job Summary

Responsible for operation and maintenance of solar power plant electrical systems to ensure maximum plant availability, safety, and generation in line with performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain solar PV plant electrical systems, including HT/LT panels, inverters, transformers, switchyard, and SCADA.

• Carry out preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance activities.

• Monitor plant performance, generation, PR, and downtime; take corrective actions.

• Perform electrical troubleshooting of inverters, strings, junction boxes, and panels.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PTW, LOTO, and statutory norms.

• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for maintenance and breakdown support.
